When we talk about fitness, this does not only refer to being physically fit, but also refers to a person’s mental state as well. A person who is fit is capable of living life to its fullest extent. 4. Weighted Jump Rope

Take the old-school jump rope to the next level by adding a bit of resistance to get your heart rate pumping in half the time. Just in case you sway right or left while jumping, also, make sure you clear the area of any breakable items.
